My computer has been bogging down and getting really slow. I use 2 spyware programs but still it is slow. I understand that the Windows Registry has things in it that spyware doesn't pick up. Thanks for any help.

I ahve run scans from free downloads but they won't clean the errors unless I buy the software. There are free software programs for everything else, how about this

I tried to remove it from Add/Remove programs, it does not appear there, however the box appears on my screen.
