I got an answer for my previous question: laptop has no external display and screen display.
I was suggested to use registry cleaner. However, the laptop cannot display anything. If I cannot see anything on the screen, how can I install the software and use it? Thanks!

Trojans and viruses or anything has deleted registry entries in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. I am not able to install new antivirus suite as it asks me to uninstall Norton Antivirus which is already in my system. Unable to uninstall Norton as the Change/Remove button is not there in Control Panel ...

After installing some software I uninstalled them through control panel--> Add Remove --> programs
and even deleted that software entry from registry by --->Run-->Regedit--->Current User--->Software, deleted that software entry by right clicking on it and delete
and even searched for that by find option in registry and it is deleted from registry

The startup registry key is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Run. How can I add my software string to this key using an installer so that it will startup automatically when the customer boots up his system?
As I will not be there to do it for them, the installer needs to do it automatically.
