Hove can I speed up my pc without me having to bay a registry cleaner. My pc is running horrible slow.

Defrag the hard drive with Defraggler and then give it a good clean out using CCleaner which also includes a Registry Cleaner..

    You can try Ccleaner,it is free from cnet and file hippo,delete temp files,history,cookies,defag,and run a anti virus/malware scan,get rid of old un-used programs that you downloaded but do not use anymore,I hope that helps.
