1.  You will never get ALL the entries because they are placed in almost every hive.  Some of them don&#039;t have recognizable names so you wouldn&#039;t associate them with the app you have uninstalled.

2.  You could easily delete or change a key that is linked to an app that is still installed and being used.  It may cause erratic behavior in the app or cause it to stop functioning altogether.
