Are there any FREE registry cleaners out there that actually work?
December 12th, 2009 | by admin |Tried a few supposed "free" ones, only to find that when errors were detected, had to purchase product to actually clean up the registry. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
CCleaner is the most trusted / working registry cleaner i’ve found. The others hog ram and C Cleaner is simple and easy to use. It’s also free. Try it.

I just downloaded REGISTRY MECHANIC, but you are right after clean up there were still errors.
If you find one let me know.

Those free ones suck… The ones which come bundled up with other utilities are good. For example, system mechanic and tune-up utilities. I would recommend tune-up utilities.
It has great bunch of software to keep your computer as fast and safe as possible.

There aren’t even any expensive registry cleaners that work. If there is a problem in your registry, fix it. But don’t go presuming the poor thing is suffering from dirt.
