Do you know the name of any GENUINE free Registry cleaners I can down load?

Reg gaurd, Reg Cure and all the others I’ve tried over the years are nothing more than an elaborate advert. You download a free programe that scans your computer and comes up with hundreds or thousands of errors, even in a brand new, never before used computer. They then try to sell you their programme. I doubt the scans are for real, just a sales ploy.

The most important thing to do before using a reg cleaner is to back up your registry; some reg cleaners do it automatically – otherwise run ERUNT first – free here
