    Registry cleaners offer relatively little performance gain (the registry is only a few MB in size), and many registry cleaners have no way of knowing which keys are "unnecessary", thus it will likely do more harm than good.

    CCleaner comes with a registry cleaner, which works well.

    As someone else has suggested the Advanced System Care is a good one.

    CCleaner has a registry cleaner although is kind of bland but works well.

    The pay for Uniblue Registry Booster seems to work well also.

    The best thing about all 3 is they back-up your current registry so you can restore it if something goes wrong.
