How can I get a reply from Repair Registry Customer services for help to reinstall the program?

My Product Key does not work in spite of my following all FAQ suggestions.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling with and without my firewall and have written to repair registry Support 3 times to no avail. Shall I just trash it?

Delete it and start again.
