Is it ok to let ccleaner repair my registry?

January 26th, 2010 | by admin |

While cleaning out my junk cookies etc. i ran a registry scan. ccleaner says i have a bunch of registry problems. Is it ok to let ccleaner try to repair my registry?
How can i be safe when repairing my registry?

Yes, it’s safe. The freeware is trusted by Cnet. Just be careful on what you’re deleting, because some registries are needed by your operating system to function normally.

Absolutely, never had a problem. If you are concerned, tick the make backup option in ccleaner and you can easily restore it back to what it was if something goes wrong.
